          All of these forms should be submitted in the board with in the dates. these forms can be submitted in the board or college with some specific dates or with in dates with late fee. last date OR Abstrect Fee. These forms can be submit with the different dates with  late fee. All these forms are same for ITI and Polytechnics colleges. All these forms should be filled up with carefully and there should not be over writing and cutting. Otherwise forms will be rejected and for this rejection candidate will be responsible.
