Polytechnic Colleges
There are only Six(6) Polytechnic colleges in the STATE. All these Polytechnic college are situated at the different location in the Himachal Pradesh. These colleges are running with the different streams. Those Distt where these college are running are Hamirpur, Kangra, Mandi, Shimla, Solan, Una. These Polytechnics are conducting three years training. this is only certified three years Diploma. All polytechnics conducting the examination semester system i.e. examination has been conducted after every six months. For the admission in all these college Himachal Pradesh Technical Education board is conducting Polytechnic Admission Test i.e.. (PAT) in every year.
